According to the requirements of the notice on the establishment of "talent pool of philosophy and Social Sciences in Gansu Province" to collect expert information (gskl [2017] No. 58) issued by Gansu Federation of Social Sciences, in order to deeply implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerate the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, effectively strengthen the construction of talent team of Social Sciences, integrate superior resources of Social Sciences, and strengthen the construction of new think tanks, Gansu Federation of social sciences has decided to carry out the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China The "talent pool of philosophy and Social Sciences in Gansu Province" should be established with philosophy and social science workers with deputy senior titles or above as the main body. We hereby inform you of the following matters concerning information collection:

1、 Qualifications

1. Firmly establish the "Four Consciousness", always adhere to the guidance of Marxism, have high political quality and theoretical accomplishment, strictly abide by political discipline and political rules in teaching and research work, and have good academic ethics and professionalism.

2. Engaged in the teaching, research and management of philosophy and Social Sciences, with the title of deputy senior or above, or intermediate title to make outstanding contributions; engaged in the popularization of Social Sciences, with strong ability to popularize Social Sciences, and achieved remarkable popularization results.

3. Actively participate in the activities of theoretical research, publicity and popularization, discussion and exchange, consulting service and achievement evaluation organized by the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, and complete relevant tasks as required.

2、 Relevant requirements

1. The establishment of "talent pool of philosophy and Social Sciences in Gansu Province" is the basic work to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, accelerate the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics, and strengthen the construction of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics. It is also the practical need for the prosperity and development of philosophy and Social Sciences in Gansu Province. All units should attach great importance to it and assign special personnel to be responsible for the recommendation and reporting.

2. The Provincial Federation of social sciences will organize experts to identify the personnel reported by each unit, strengthen the management, and do a good job in the filing of talent information database. After the establishment of the talent pool, dynamic management should be carried out and adjusted every two years.

3. The Provincial Federation of social sciences will give priority to the selection of experts from the talent pool to participate in project research, theoretical preaching, publicity, appraisal and other activities. The online website of theoretical Longjun has set up the column of social science personages in Longshang to publicize and display the teaching and scientific research achievements of experts in talent pool.

4. All units are requested to submit the "expert information collection form of Gansu philosophy and Social Sciences talent pool", "expert information summary form of Gansu philosophy and Social Sciences talent pool" and the recent electronic photos of the reporting personnel to the general office of Social Sciences Department in electronic form before April 10, 2018.
