In order to do a good job of the province's philosophy and social science planning project in 2018, effectively enhance the foresight, pertinence and applicability of social science research, better serve the decision-making of Gansu provincial Party committee and government, and provide theoretical and intellectual support for the economic and social development of Gansu Province, according to the notice on soliciting research topics of the province's social science planning project in 2018 issued by Gansu Provincial Social Science Planning Office According to the requirements, we hereby inform you of the relevant matters concerning the research topics of the 2018 provincial social science planning project collected by our university as follows:

1. The topic selection of the provincial social science planning projects in China in 2018. We should conscientiously implement Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics and the nineteen spirits of the party, implement the major decision and plan of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government, and focus on the strategic layout of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects, comprehensively deepening reform, comprehensively promoting the rule of law and strictly administering the party in an all-round way. Focusing on the major theoretical and practical problems of the economic and social development of the whole province, we should strengthen the practical research and applied countermeasures research, so as to provide strong intellectual support for our province to achieve the goal of entering a well-off society with the whole country.

2、 The recommended topics should briefly explain the significance, main content, scope and research methods of the research, and put forward the expected research results with strong pertinence, operability and application value.

3、 The Social Science Planning Office of Gansu Province will collect and screen the selected topics, and on this basis, formulate the topic guide of social science planning projects in Gansu Province this year, which will be issued to all relevant units, as an important reference for the evaluation and approval of social science planning projects in 2018.
