Researcher Wang Yiming focuses on the new situation and new normal faced by China's scientific and technological innovation, the task and mission of China's scientific and technological innovation, the path selection of China's industrial technology and innovation strategy. He pointed out that building a modern power requires enhancing the original innovation, while building a new development pattern requires accelerating the self-reliance of science and technology. Therefore, China's industrial technology should shift from "technology catch-up" to building a "local leading" advantage, the new path should shift from terminal product innovation to intermediate product innovation, and the innovation policy should shift from integrated innovation to original innovation.

Researcher Zhang Yuyan analyzed the current situation of the global economy from ten indicators such as economic growth, employment and inflation, and put forward six issues worthy of attention in the study of the world economy, namely: whether the global economy is in inflation or deflation, where the macro economic policies of developed economies go The shift of monetary policy affects emerging markets and developing countries, the decoupling of the supply chain from the so-called "decoupling", the reform of the WTO and regional economic and trade cooperation, and whether the era of US dollar hegemony has entered a decline period.

Professor Hu Jun first introduced the development orientation and significance of the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, the current situation and comparison of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, the problems and challenges of the construction of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Bay area, and summarized "four benefits" and "four important missions".
