On the afternoon of November 18, the school of economics held the faculty meeting and teacher ethics warning education meeting in Qiyun building, West District of Chengguan campus. The meeting was presided over by Huang Jianhua, Secretary of the Party committee, and Wu Zhenrong, Vice Minister of teachers' Work Department, was invited to give a lecture to the Faculty of the whole college.

Wu Zhenrong gave a lecture entitled "strengthening the bottom line consciousness and cultivating noble teachers' Ethics", and introduced the work and requirements of teachers' ethics construction in Lanzhou University from four aspects: the new requirements of teachers' Ideological and political construction and ethics construction in the new era, the case of violating the ten guidelines for professional behavior of College Teachers in the new era, and the risk points in Teachers' ethics education. Wu Zhenrong pointed out that learning from high school is a teacher, being a model, and teachers' ethics and style are the first standard for evaluating the quality of teachers. We should accurately meet the new situation and new requirements of the new era, deeply understand the importance of the construction of teachers' ethics and style, bear in mind the lofty mission of Building Morality and cultivating people, and achieve self-reliance, learning and teaching with morality. 

Huang Jianhua led all the teaching staff to collectively study the resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the major achievements and historical experience of the party's Centennial struggle adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, and earnestly study and understand the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. Huang Jianhua informed the inspection and rectification work of the college, requiring all Party branches and all teachers to participate in depth, promote the implementation of rectification with the most resolute attitude and the most stringent requirements, and comprehensively promote the development of the college.

Feng Lei, deputy secretary of the Party committee, conveyed the requirements of ideological work. Zhang Beidou, deputy secretary of the Party committee and vice president, conveyed the requirements for the work of integrity and self-discipline of the Party style. Pan Yongxin, vice president, gave a briefing on the recent undergraduate teaching work of the college. Vice president Wang Xiaowen briefed on the work related to scientific research this year.

President Guo Aijun briefed the college on education and teaching, external review and sampling of dissertations, academic exchanges, talent introduction, double first-class construction, etc. during the epidemic period, and arranged follow-up work. For the construction of teachers' ethics, Guo Aijun stressed that we should understand the real significance of the construction of teachers' Ethics in "education and teaching", and internalize the standardization of teachers' ethics into specific education and teaching behavior. Manage yourself with a strict discipline ruler, restrain yourself with good moral sentiment, deeply understand the professional responsibility of teachers, and strive to be a good teacher and a guide of "Four Haves".
