Introduction to the speaker:

Liu qiongzhi, professor and doctoral supervisor of the school of economics and management of Wuhan University, distinguished professor of Luojia, director of the cooperative research center of government and social capital of Wuhan University, and member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Finance Specialty in Colleges and universities of the Ministry of education. It is mainly engaged in research on government and social capital cooperation, local government debt, income inequality and financial redistribution. Presided over and completed one major project of the National Social Science Fund, two general projects of the national self science fund, and one project of the humanities and Social Sciences planning fund of the Ministry of education, Presided over (under research) one key project of the National Social Science Fund and one project of the humanities and social science planning fund of the Ministry of education. In economic research, Economics Quarterly, managing the world, world economy, Guangming Daily (theoretical Edition) and economic daily (theoretical Edition) and other authoritative journals have published many papers. The research results have won the third prize of national excellent financial theory research achievement of the Ministry of finance, the second prize and the third prize of Hubei social science excellent achievement award, etc.
