| Yue Li, female, born in Siping, Jilin Province in 1969. Professor, doctor, doctoral supervisor, School of economics, Lanzhou University. He has published one monograph and more than 50 academic papers. He has presided over 1 National Social Science Foundation Project and 3 social science planning projects in Gansu Province. The project achievements have won the second prize of excellent achievements in philosophy and Social Sciences in Gansu Province for many times. Research interests: resources, environment, economy and regional sustainable development.

Introduction to the lecture:
At the end of the seventh national census, the decline of China's total population growth, the decline of fertility level, the reduction of working age population and the deepening of aging have brought new challenges and opportunities to the economy and society. The lecture comprehensively interprets the population reality and analyzes the impact of the change of population structure.
