According to the notice requirements of recruitment notice (full-time counselor) of Lanzhou University in 2020 (issued on June 16, 2020), and in combination with the actual needs of the school of economics, this recruitment assessment scheme is hereby formulated.

1、 Position and number

2、 Assessment time and place

Written examination time (online and offline): 9:00-10:30 a.m. on July 7

Written examination place (offline): conference room 1017, Qiyun building, Chengguan Campus (West District)

The time and place of psychological test and comprehensive interview will be notified separately.

3、 Written examination content

The written test mainly tests the application of official document writing and office software.

4、 Assessment leading group

The leader and members of the assessment leading group are respectively composed of the person in charge of the party and government, the person in charge of students and workers and the office staff of the college.

5、 Assessment procedure

1. Written examination: examine the applicant's ability to write official documents and apply office software. Online or offline examinations will be taken according to the situation of applicants. The top 5 candidates will enter the comprehensive interview. If they give up, they will be supplemented in turn. If the employee fails to enter the comprehensive interview, the assessment shall be terminated.

2. Mental health test: candidates participating in the comprehensive interview shall be tested for their mental health level.

3. Comprehensive interview: it includes three links: personal report, comprehensive analysis questions and judges' questions. Personal report mainly includes self introduction, understanding and assumption of Counselor's post. The time is 6 minutes and the report form is ppt. The answer time of comprehensive analysis questions is 5 minutes, and the question time of judges is 10 minutes. Report the submission time of PPT to be notified later.

6、 Assessment results

1. The assessment will be scored in the hundred mark system. The written test results will be announced on the day of the examination, and the total assessment results will be publicized within 48 hours after the end of all links of the examination.

2. The assessment results of candidates shortlisted for the interview are calculated as follows: total score = written test score × 30% + comprehensive interview results × 70%。

3. Those who fail to pass the mental health test shall not be employed; In the comprehensive interview, if more than 2 / 3 of the judges think it is inappropriate to act as a counselor, they will not be employed.

4. All candidates shall be ranked according to their comprehensive ability test scores, which shall be used as an important basis for the candidate list to be submitted to the human resources department of the University.

5. The proposed admission list shall be discussed and approved by the joint party and government meeting of the college and then reported to the human resources department of the college.
