Written examination place: conference room 1017, Qiyun building, Chengguan Campus (West District)

Comprehensive interview time: 9:00-11:00 am, November 20

The location of psychological test, physical examination and comprehensive interview will be notified separately.

3、 Qualification examination

The college will conduct qualification examination for all candidates who enter the written examination. When I came to the written examination, Please bring the recent one inch certificate photos (2) and the originals and copies of the following materials (1 copy): ID card, undergraduate graduation certificate and degree certificate, graduate graduation certificate and degree certificate, overseas students need to provide the academic degree certificate of the Ministry of education, foreign language proficiency certificate, student card or other proof of study, main award certificates, representative scientific research achievements and other relevant materials. The original is used to check the authenticity of the information, and the copy is submitted to the archives. It fails Candidates whose qualifications are examined shall be disqualified from the examination.

4、 Written examination content

The written examination includes official document writing, office software application, etc.

5、 Assessment procedure

1. Written examination: examine the applicant's ability to write official documents, apply office software, etc. Offline examination shall be adopted (candidates who have obtained the written examination qualification must add QQ group: 857420015 for subsequent notice). The top ten candidates will enter the comprehensive interview. If they give up, they will be supplemented in turn. Candidates who have not entered the comprehensive interview will terminate the assessment.

2. Mental health test: the mental health test shall be conducted immediately after the written examination. Candidates who fail the mental health test cannot enter the comprehensive interview.

3. Comprehensive interview: including two links: personal report and judges' questions. Personal report mainly includes self introduction, understanding of the post of undergraduate teaching secretary and work assumption after entry. The time is 6 minutes and the report form is ppt. The judges' question time is 10 minutes. Report the submission time of PPT to be notified later.

4. Ideological and political investigation and physical examination: after the comprehensive interview, the college will conduct a comprehensive investigation on the ideological and political and moral quality of each candidate entering the comprehensive interview. The college shall organize the physical examination for the candidates who have passed the investigation. The physical examination standards and items shall refer to the general standard for recruitment and physical examination of civil servants (Implementation).

6、 Assessment results

1. The assessment will be scored in the hundred mark system. The written test results will be released within 24 hours after the end of the examination, and the total assessment results will be publicized within 24 hours after the end of all links of the examination.

2. The final assessment score of the candidates shortlisted for the interview is calculated as: total score = written test score × 30% + comprehensive interview results × 70%。

3. Those who fail to pass the physical examination shall not be employed; In the comprehensive interview, if more than 2 / 3 of the judges think it is not suitable to serve as undergraduate teaching secretary, they will not be employed.

4. The proposed admission list shall be discussed and approved by the joint party and government meeting of the college and then reported to the human resources department of the college.
