From December 3 to 5, Professor Wang Xiaowen, vice president of the school of economics of Lanzhou University, led a team to participate in the 21st China economics annual conference hosted by the International Business School of Shaanxi Normal University. The annual conference of Chinese economics is the largest and most influential academic event in China's economic circles. A total of 8 academic papers were shortlisted at the conference, and a special forum and teacher recruitment fair of Lanzhou University were successfully held during the conference.

During the meeting, Professor Wang Xiaowen, on behalf of the school of economics of Lanzhou University, attended the meeting of the governing units of the China Annual Conference on economics, It also carried out exchanges with the presidents (directors) of economic schools (departments) of more than 30 universities around the theme of "construction of double first-class disciplines and first-class majors", and suggested that in the new round of "double first-class" evaluation, colleges and universities should improve the proportion of social services, combine regional advantages, and carry out research in the fields of Rural Revitalization and common prosperity.
