In order to strengthen the contact and communication among schools, graduates and employers, understand the opinions and suggestions of graduates and employers on school employment, broaden the employment market of graduates and grasp the latest talent demand dynamics of society, Huang Jianhua, Secretary of the Party committee of the school of economics, sun Wenhua, employment liaison and full-time counselor, deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee Zhang Yonglu, a full-time counselor, and his delegation visited graduates and some employers in Hangzhou.                                               

On July 22, Huang Jianhua and his entourage had a discussion with Meng Wenyue, Peng Sijia, Zheng Botao, who are now working at CITIC Securities, and Yan Ru, who is studying for a master's degree at Zhejiang University. Huang Jianhua asked about the life and work of the four graduates and expressed the concern and expectation of the college to the students. The students recalled their work in school, introduced their work, life, study and growth in Hangzhou, expressed their gratitude for the education of teachers in the college, and said that their progress was inseparable from the devoted cultivation of their alma mater. The students filled out the follow-up questionnaire for graduates of Lanzhou University and put forward their opinions and suggestions on school education and teaching, talent training, management services and students' employment and further study.

On the same day, the college visited the Zhejiang branch of CITIC Securities and held a discussion with manager Li Shan in charge of business department and manager Huang Ling in charge of recruitment. Huang Jianhua introduced the development history, discipline construction and student training of Lanzhou University, focusing on the talent training of the school of economics. Li Shan introduced the development history of CITIC Securities Zhejiang branch, the business sector of the company and the work of our graduates in the unit. She believed that the graduates of Lanzhou University had a solid professional foundation, serious work attitude and strong learning ability. In the future, the company will continue to maintain close contact with the school of economics of Lanzhou University and attract more graduates of the school of economics of Lanzhou University to develop in the company.

Through the return visit, the college listened to the employer's suggestions on talent training and other aspects of our university, and learned about the employer's and Hangzhou's demand for talents.
