On the afternoon of May 20, our college held a symposium on undergraduate education and teaching in room a210 of the second teaching building. Pan Yongxin, vice president, Feng Lei, deputy secretary, Wang Xiu, teaching secretary, and more than 30 student representatives from 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 attended the meeting.

The overall plan of higher education is based on education. Vice President pan Yongxin encouraged the participating students to speak freely in combination with their own study and the situation of other colleges and universities, and put forward more constructive opinions and suggestions for the problems existing in the undergraduate education and teaching of the college. The participating students spoke enthusiastically, mainly focusing on the course difficulty, classroom order management, new talent training plan, professional diversion, extracurricular activities, etc. After the students' speech, vice president pan Yongxin and Deputy Secretary Feng Lei also put forward suggestions and hopes for the students' postgraduate entrance examination, school selection, autonomous learning, elective courses and improvement of comprehensive quality in their concluding speech.

Based on improving the quality of undergraduate education and teaching, the symposium went deep into students of all grades, listened carefully to students' voices, actively responded to students' concerns, and effectively gathered the foundation for promoting the high-quality development of undergraduate education and teaching of the college.
