According to the relevant arrangements of Lanzhou University's postgraduate admissions re-examination in 2022, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the postgraduate admissions re-examination of our school in 2022, these detailed rules have been formulated after research by the college's postgraduate admissions leading group.

1. Organizational leadership

According to the spirit of the relevant documents of Lanzhou University, the leading group of postgraduate admissions work of the college is fully responsible for the re-examination of postgraduate admissions of the college in 2022. According to the research and decision of the leading group of postgraduate admissions work of the college, the re-examination of postgraduate students of the college in 2022 will be conducted by means of online remote re-examination.

The college has established a technical support team to ensure that the college-end network and its related equipment are in place and operate normally.

The college has established an emergency response team for epidemic prevention and control, implemented various protective measures, and prepared for emergency response in emergencies.

2.the re-examination list is determined

(1) Candidates who will take part in the postgraduate admissions examination in 2022 as their first choice to apply for the School of Economics of Lanzhou University, and who meet the re-examination scores for each major of the college.

(2) Candidates who apply for transfer to the School of Economics of Lanzhou University, pass the college's review and agree to participate in the re-examination. The final admission result is subject to the Graduate Admissions Information Network.

(3) Implement the differential re-examination, and the number of participants in the re-examination shall not be less than 120% of the enrollment plan.

3. The form and content of the re-examination

The re-examination is composed of written test, interview, ideological and political quality and morality assessment. The written test is set up according to the research direction (see Table 1), the time is 2 hours, and the full score is 100 points. The interview content includes professional quality and ability, foreign language speaking and listening, and will be included in the score according to the proportion. The one-vote veto system will be implemented in the ideological and political quality and moral assessment during the interview.

The college cooperates with the school discipline inspection and supervision personnel to supervise and inspect the re-examination process.

The college network remote re-examination uniformly uses "dual-camera", using Tencent Conference and DingTalk (host).

4. The re-examination arrangement

Retest time to be determined.

The college will make arrangements according to the epidemic prevention and control situation, and will announce it on the official website as soon as it is confirmed. Candidates please keep an eye on the official website.

(1) Workflow before re-examination

1. The college will determine and announce the re-examination list before the re-examination.

2. Candidates will scan or take a photo of PDF copies of the "Re-examination Commitment Letter of Integrity", "Ideological and Political Quality and Morality Assessment Form of Re-examination Candidates", "Resident Identity Card", "Graduation Certificate" (or "Student Card"), "Degree Certificate" and other materials , 3 days before the re-examination in the form of a "compressed package" to the designated mailbox (first-choice candidates for financial majors should send them to the mailbox hul20@lzu.edu.cn, first-choice candidates for academic degrees and all transfer candidates should send them to the mailbox 876466923 @qq.com), the naming method is "name - candidate number - re-examination materials". Failure to submit materials on time will be deemed to have voluntarily waived the qualification for the re-examination.

3. Candidates with the same academic ability, on-the-job candidates, candidates for special programs and candidates who enjoy the national policy of bonus points should provide corresponding certification materials. For details, please refer to the relevant regulations in the "Lanzhou University 2022 Postgraduate Admissions Re-examination Admission Measures".

4. The college will review the materials submitted by the candidates, and contact the candidates who submit incomplete materials for supplementary materials.

5. All candidates who take the re-examination are required to pay the re-examination examination fee of 50 yuan per student. The fee is paid by Alipay scan code (Appendix 1). The re-examination fee will not be refunded after payment. .

6. Before the re-examination, the college conducts publicity and training for the members of the re-examination team and candidates through the operation guide of the online re-examination platform, and standardizes the interview process and requirements.

7. The college announces the candidate grouping and interview order one day in advance. The secretary of the re-examination group organizes the candidates for the re-examination to conduct pre-exam training, conducts online identity verification, "dual-camera" use training for the candidates one by one, organizes equipment debugging, etc., and explains the online interview process, precautions, and equipment use methods.

(1) Written test: closed book, full score of 100 points, 60 points and above are qualified.

Written test time: To be determined.

Exam method: The college publishes the content of the test paper through "Dingding", requiring candidates to enter the online test room during the test, turn on their camera and microphone throughout the process, and write their answers by hand. Those who do not submit within the time limit will be deemed to have waived their eligibility for the re-examination.

(2) Interview: It is divided into professional quality and ability interview, foreign language oral and listening interview, and the full score is 100 points.

Interview time: To be determined.

Interview platform: DingTalk, Tencent conference, dual-camera.

Interview arrangement: Each interview expert group is composed of relevant professional teachers, with no less than 5 members.

Interview process:

1) A notice will be issued to candidates before the test, the college will conduct an online test before the interview, and conduct an interview simulation rehearsal for all interview candidates. Candidates who fail to participate in the rehearsal will be asked by phone one by one for the specific reasons. The staff screened the online status of the candidates for the re-examination one by one and reminded the candidates to ensure that the equipment was fully charged; the staff contacted the candidates who did not access the network through mobile phones, confirmed the reasons, and dealt with them as appropriate.

2) Candidate's identity verification during the interview: Staff 1 will conduct identity verification and equipment debugging of candidates through the mobile terminal outside the venue, and notify the waiting venue.

3) Candidates can enter the venue only after receiving the invitation from Staff 2, and are not allowed to enter without invitation. Candidates enter the interview room and, according to the instructions of the staff, first rotate the camera 360 degrees, and after adjusting, introduce themselves, and present their ID card and admission ticket at the same time.

4) After the interview begins, members of the interview expert group will conduct professional quality and ability interviews, foreign language oral and listening interviews, and ideological and political quality and morality assessments. The interview time for each candidate is generally not less than 20 minutes.

5) Candidates leave the interview room after the interview, and the staff will arrange for the next candidate to enter the interview room.

6) Candidates after the interview are not allowed to disclose the content of the interview. If there is any violation, the candidates' interview results will be cancelled.

7) After the interview, the members of the interview expert group will score independently on the spot, and the average score will be the interview score of the candidates.

8) The secretary of the interview expert group will record and videotape the whole interview process, fill in the "Lanzhou University 2022 Postgraduate Admissions Re-examination Record Form", and hand it over to the college for proper preservation.

During the online remote interview process, if there is a sudden technical failure, which affects the normal progress of the interview work, the leader of the interview expert group will decide whether to adjust the interview arrangement or interview content according to the actual situation. Once a candidate is found to be fraudulent, the candidate's interview qualification will be cancelled.

(4) Calculation and publicity of the total score of candidates

Total score calculation method:

    Total score = total score of the preliminary test ÷ 5 × 50% + written test score of re-examination × 25% + interview score of re-examination × 25%.

Among them, the re-examination interview score = professional quality and ability score × 80% + foreign language oral and listening scores × 20%.

The college will publish the total scores of all re-examination candidates on the official website.

(5) List of candidates to be admitted

According to the admissions plan by major, the list of candidates to be admitted will be determined in descending order of the total score.

Those who do not take the re-examination will not be admitted.

Those with a score lower than 60 in the written test will not be admitted.

Candidates with less than 60 points in interview will not be admitted.

Those with a score lower than 60 in the re-examination will not be admitted.

Candidates with the same academic ability who scored less than 60 points in the additional test will not be admitted.

Those who fail the ideological and political quality and morality assessment will not be admitted.

Note: After the school announces the list of candidates to be admitted, candidates whose admission category is directional training must sign a directional agreement with the school and the directional unit within one month.

(6) Physical examination

The physical examination is uniformly carried out in the hospital of our school when the freshmen register for admission. Candidates whose physical examination does not meet the national entrance examination requirements and still fail to pass the re-examination will be disqualified from admission.

(7) Assessment of the ideological and political quality and moral character of the candidates to be admitted

The college takes the form of correspondence and other forms to assess the ideological and political quality and morality of the candidates to be admitted. Those who do not pass the examination will be disqualified from admission.

(8) Admission Notice

It is planned to send the admission notice in mid to early July.

(9) Within 3 months after admission of the candidates to be admitted, the college shall conduct a comprehensive review of all candidates in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Students in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Education". Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be canceled their student status; if there are any violations of regulations and disciplines and the circumstances are serious, they will be transferred to the relevant departments for investigation and handling.

5. Disciplinary measures during the re-examination process

The re-examination is an important part of the postgraduate admissions examination. Candidates, examination staff and other relevant personnel who violate the examination management regulations and examination room discipline in the postgraduate admissions examination and affect the fairness and impartiality of the examination shall be strictly dealt with in accordance with the "Measures for Handling Violations of National Education Examinations" (Order No. 33 of the Ministry of Education) . For current students, the school will be notified, and the school will decide to deal with it according to relevant regulations; for in-service candidates, the unit will be notified, and the unit will decide to deal with it according to relevant regulations. If a violation is constituted, the judicial organ shall investigate legal responsibility according to law, and if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be pursued according to law.
