In accordance with the requirements of the relevant management measures of the Ministry of education for outstanding fresh undergraduate graduates to study for master's degree (hereinafter referred to as "exempt students"), these implementation rules are hereby formulated in order to do a good job in the enrollment of exempt students in 2022.

1、 Organizational leadership

The graduate enrollment leading group of the school of economics of Lanzhou University leads and supervises the whole process of graduate enrollment, and makes collective decisions on major issues of graduate enrollment.

2、 Recruit major

The school of economics is specialized in the enrollment of all postgraduates.

3、 Recruitment conditions

（1） Fresh graduates of colleges and universities authorized to recommend exemption from examination, and obtain the recommended exemption qualification of their school.

（2） Moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor all-round development, discipline and law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, physical and mental health.

（3） During school, he has excellent academic performance, strong interest in academic research, good professional quality, strong innovation consciousness and innovation ability, and high training potential.

（4） There is no record of punishment for cheating in exams, plagiarizing other people's academic achievements and other violations of law and discipline.

4、 Recruitment procedure

（1） Before the opening of the "push free service system" of the Ministry of Education (it is expected to be before September 28, 2021), students who intend to apply for the examination free master's degree recommended by Lanzhou university can log in to the push free student pre acceptance registration system of Lanzhou University（ http://yjszs.lzu.edu.cn/lzuyjsytms/ ）Fill in relevant information, and the college will notify the approved students to participate in the assessment, Students who have passed the examination and obtained the exemption qualification of their school shall fill in the corresponding information and volunteers as required after the opening of the "exemption service system" of the Ministry of education, and directly confirm the re examination notice and the notice to be admitted in the "exemption service system". Students who fail to report to Lanzhou University in the "promotion and exemption service system" of the Ministry of education shall be deemed to have given up relevant qualifications.

（2） After the opening of the "push free service system" of the Ministry of Education

1. Registration

Students who have obtained the examination exemption qualification recommended by their school shall log in to the "push exemption service system" of the Ministry of education within the effective time (website: http://yz.chsi.com.cn/tm ）Fill in personal information and register, truthfully fill in relevant information according to online requirements and prompts, and complete online registration.

2. Audit

The college reviews the online registration information of the exempted students, determines the list of candidates to agree to the retest within the specified time, and sends the retest notice to the relevant exempted students through the "exemption service system" of the Ministry of education.

3. Retest

The re examination examines the comprehensive quality of students, and the college conducts the re examination by telephone.

Push free students will not charge the re examination registration fee.

4. Physical examination

The physical examination shall be conducted in our hospital when freshmen check in. Candidates who fail to meet the national entrance examination requirements and still fail the re examination will be disqualified.

Physical examination standards refer to the "guidance on physical examination for general higher education" issued by the Ministry of education, Ministry of health and China Disabled Persons' Federation (Teaching [2003] 3) and the general office of the Ministry of education, general office of the Ministry of health on the issue of the elimination of hepatitis B items in the examination of the enrollment of students in Institutions of higher learning. 5. Admission

① According to the re examination results, ideological and political quality, moral assessment and physical examination results of the exempted students, the college puts forward the list of students to be admitted and reports it to the graduate school for review.

② Those who fail in the re examination or fail to participate in the re examination will not be admitted; Those who fail to pass the physical examination or fail to participate in the physical examination shall not be admitted; Those who fail to pass the examination of Ideological and political quality and morality will not be admitted.

③ After approval, the graduate school sends the notice of waiting for admission to the relevant students through the "exemption service system" of the Ministry of education. The students who receive the notice of waiting for admission from our college shall timely confirm the waiting for admission through the "pushing and exemption service system" of the Ministry of education and complete the admission of pushing and exemption students.

5、 Other matters

（1） The pusher must ensure that the information and materials provided are true and accurate. If the applicant is found to have fraud, our university will cancel his registration, re examination, admission qualification or student status.

（2） According to the requirements of the Ministry of education, the students who have been admitted by our university are not allowed to register for the national postgraduate entrance examination.

（3） The students who have been admitted to our university should abide by the law and discipline and complete their studies seriously. Those who do not obtain a bachelor's degree and corresponding graduation certificate before entering the school in the admission year will be disqualified from the admission of exempted students according to the requirements of the Ministry of education.

（4） The tuition standard and school system of the students who retain the admission qualification and are exempted shall be subject to the enrollment brochures of the current year.

（4） The promotion and exemption of student enrollment is subject to the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the University. The interpretation of these implementation rules belongs to the graduate enrollment leading group of the school of economics of Lanzhou University.

6、 Information disclosure

The school of economics will publicize the enrollment and examination through the official website. If candidates have any objection to the enrollment and examination process, they can report to the college's enrollment leading group or contact the college directly.
